Dear Patriots,

Get your pictures in the yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.

Here is how you can submit photos online:
   • Go to: https://images.memoryebooks.com/login
   • If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter username: 400133870 and password: yearbook
   • Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
   • Enter information about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
   • Click "Save Details".

It's that easy! Submit your photos today! The last day to submit photos is 01/01/2012.

The Yearbook Staff will review all photos and determine final yearbook content. We cannot guarantee that all submissions can be used in the book.

Please go to the "Patriot Photos" tab and upload any of your Bette Perot event photos for the year! 

The Yearbook for 2011-2012 school year will be a hardback book in all color!
The cost will be $20.00!  
 
Ads
You will have the ability to order ads in 2 different sizes:
1/8 page: $5.00  perfect for all text
1/4 page: $10.00 photo and text
 
Deadline for ads: November 18, 2011
 
The Name Stamps will be $2.00 each.  This will foil stamp your child's name or even your family's name onto front cover of the book.
 
All orders are due by January 6, 2012.  Please make check out to BPES PTA and return to the school in your child's folder.

Theme: Team Up!
Options: You can draw, color, collage pictures and computer art together to make an image that is approx: 8x11 in.  (the entry forms will have the exact measurements).

No copyrighted or trademarked items.

Student's work only.
 
Deadline: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 10/21/2011 to either the yearbook email address, or printed out and sent into school to the yearbook advisor's attention.  You may also upload it to the "Patriot Photo" tab under the 4th grade art contest album (Protected so others may not see).  The file must be 300 DPI JPEG.
 
Judging will be the first the first week of November and the winner will be announced then.
